Email Signatures

Create and manage email signatures

Creating a Signature

Build your email signature using the HTML editor.

1

Navigate to Signatures

Go to Settings > Email Signatures to access the signature editor.
2

Compose your signature

Use the HTML editor to create your email signature. The editor supports rich text formatting including bold, italic, links, images, and custom HTML. You can see a live preview of your signature as you type.
3

Save your signature

Click Save to store your signature. It will be available for use in all emails composed from the CRM.

Enable / Disable Signature

Toggle your email signature on or off.

Use the Enable Signature toggle to control whether your signature is automatically appended to outgoing emails. When enabled, the signature is inserted at the bottom of every email you compose from the CRM. When disabled, emails are sent without a signature. You can toggle this setting at any time without losing your saved signature content.

How Signatures Appear

Where your signature is placed in composed emails.

When you compose an email from the CRM, your signature is automatically inserted below your message body, separated by a horizontal divider. The signature uses the exact HTML formatting you configured in the editor, so it will appear the same way to recipients as it does in the preview.

Rich Text Formatting

Formatting options available in the signature editor.

  • Bold, Italic, Underline — Standard text formatting for emphasis.
  • Links — Add hyperlinks to your website, social profiles, or booking pages.
  • Images — Insert a company logo or headshot via image URL.
  • Text Color & Size — Customize the appearance of your signature text.
  • Custom HTML — Switch to the HTML source view for full control over the signature markup.
Keep it professional and concise
A good email signature includes your name, title, company, and one or two contact methods. Avoid overly long signatures with excessive images or links, as they can appear cluttered and may be stripped by some email clients. Aim for three to five lines of content.
