Switch between light, dark, and system themes
Theme Options
Choose the visual theme for your CRM interface.
Navigate to Settings > Appearance to select your preferred theme. Three options are available:
- Light — A bright interface with light backgrounds and dark text. Ideal for well-lit environments.
- Dark — A darker interface with dark backgrounds and light text. Reduces eye strain in low-light conditions.
- System — Automatically follows your operating system's theme preference. When your OS switches between light and dark mode, the CRM follows suit.
How System Theme Works
Automatic theme switching based on your OS settings.
When set to System, the CRM detects your operating system's current theme preference using the prefers-color-scheme media query. If your OS is in dark mode, the CRM displays the dark theme. If your OS is in light mode, the CRM displays the light theme. Changes to your OS theme are reflected in real time without needing to reload the page.
Real-Time Switching
Theme changes are applied instantly.
When you select a new theme from the settings page, the change is applied immediately across all pages and components. There is no need to refresh the page or restart your session. The transition is smooth and all UI elements update at once.
Theme Persistence
Your theme choice is remembered across sessions.
Your selected theme is saved to your account preferences and persists across browser sessions and devices. When you log in from a different browser or computer, your theme preference is applied automatically.
For quick access, a theme toggle button is available at the bottom of the sidebar. Each click cycles through the three modes in order: Light → Dark → System. This lets you switch themes without navigating to the settings page. The current mode is indicated by the icon displayed on the toggle button.
