Sidebar Collapse & Mobile
On desktop, click the collapse button at the bottom of the sidebar to switch between the full expanded view and a compact icon-only view. The collapsed state is remembered across sessions. On mobile devices, the sidebar is hidden by default — tap the hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner of the top bar to open it as an overlay. Tap anywhere outside the sidebar or select a menu item to close it.
Top Bar
The top bar provides quick access to search, notifications, and your profile.
Page Title
The left side of the top bar displays the current page title so you always know where you are in the CRM.
Search Pill
A search button sits in the center of the top bar. Click it or press ⌘+K on Mac (Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux) to open the global search dialog. See the Global Search section below for details.
Notification Bell
The bell icon shows a badge when you have unread notifications. Click it to open the notifications panel, where you can view assignment changes, activity reminders, mentions, and system alerts. From the panel you can mark notifications as read or navigate to notification settings to configure which events trigger alerts.
Reminder Notifications
Activity reminders appear as toast notifications when a scheduled reminder time arrives. These are triggered for activities where you set a reminder date, keeping you on top of follow-ups and meetings without needing to check the calendar.
Profile Avatar
Your profile avatar appears on the right side of the top bar. Click it to open the profile menu with links to your settings, the admin panel (visible to users with admin permissions only), and a sign-out option.
Global Search
Find any record instantly across your entire CRM.
Press ⌘+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux to open the global search dialog. You can also click the search pill in the top bar.
Start typing to search across companies, people, and opportunities simultaneously. Results appear as you type, grouped by entity type. Click a result or use the arrow keys and press Enter to navigate directly to that record.
Press Esc or click outside the dialog to close it without navigating.
Theme Toggle
Switch between light and dark appearances.
The theme toggle button in the top bar cycles through three modes on each click:
- Light — Always uses the light color scheme
- Dark — Always uses the dark color scheme
- System — Automatically follows your operating system's preference and updates in real time if you change your OS setting
Your theme preference is saved locally and persists across sessions.
Session Timeout
Stay secure with automatic session management.
For security, your session will expire after a period of inactivity. When your session is about to expire, a warning dialog appears giving you the option to extend your session with a single click. If you do not respond, you will be automatically logged out and redirected to the sign-in page.
Any unsaved changes in open forms are preserved in your browser so you can resume after signing back in.
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner to open the profile menu. The menu includes:
- Settings — Opens your personal settings page where you can update your profile, email signature, notification preferences, and security options
- Admin Panel — Visible only to users whose role includes admin permissions (e.g., User Management). Provides access to user management, organization configuration, pipelines, custom fields, and integrations
- Sign Out — Ends your current session and returns you to the sign-in page
