Inviting Your Team

Add teammates from Step 4 of the wizard (or from Admin → Users later) and pick the right role for each.

How invites work

From the wizard's Invite your team step, add up to several teammates at once by typing their email addresses and selecting a role. The bulk invite endpoint sends each recipient a branded magic-link email. They click it, set a password (or sign in via Google / Microsoft), and land in your organization with the role you assigned.

Magic links expire after 7 days. If a teammate misses the window, just invite them again from Admin → Users.

Seat math

Your plan includes a fixed number of Power seats (full-feature seats) and Collaborator seats (lighter access). Inviting a teammate consumes a seat of the appropriate type for the role you assign:

  • Super Admin, Admin, Sales Manager, Sales Rep, Marketing → Power seat.
  • Service → Power seat (full ticketing access).
  • View Only → Collaborator seat.

Annual subscriptions get a fixed annual seat count; monthly subscriptions can add or remove seats mid-cycle with prorated billing. If you run out of seats, the wizard's invite step shows a friendly upgrade prompt instead of silently failing.

Per-recipient rate limit

To prevent invite spam, the bulk invite endpoint enforces a per-recipient cooldown: you cannot re-invite the same email address within a short window. If you accidentally send a duplicate, the response will skip the duplicate row and report it in the summary toast — no error.
