Bidirectional CRM task sync with external task lists.
Overview
CRM tasks can sync bidirectionally with Microsoft To Do or Google Tasks. Edits in either side propagate to the other within seconds via real-time push subscriptions.
Opt-in per task
Each task has a "Sync to external To Do list" checkbox. When checked, the task is mirrored to your provider's default task list. You can also set a per-user default in Settings to auto-sync every new task you create.
Conflict resolution
If you edit the same task in both the CRM and the provider within the same sync window, the most recent change wins. Within 1 second of each other, the CRM version wins as a defensive tiebreaker.
