Browse built-in reports and analytics
Overview
The reports gallery provides a library of built-in reports to analyze your CRM data.
Reports give you insights into your sales pipeline, team performance, revenue trends, and customer activity. The gallery includes pre-built reports that cover the most common analytics needs, and you can create custom reports for more specific analysis.

Pipeline Overview
Visualize the current state of your sales pipeline. See how many opportunities are in each stage, the total value at each stage, and the average time deals spend in each stage. Identify bottlenecks where deals are stalling and stages that need attention.
Activity Summary
Review activity volumes over time. Track the number of calls, emails, meetings, and tasks logged by your team. Break down activity counts by user to see individual contributions and identify team members who may need support.
Revenue Forecast
Project future revenue based on the weighted value of opportunities in your pipeline. The forecast uses each opportunity's probability (derived from its pipeline stage) and expected close date to estimate revenue over the coming weeks and months.
Team Performance
Compare performance metrics across team members. View deals won, revenue closed, activity counts, and conversion rates side by side. Use this report during team meetings to recognize top performers and identify coaching opportunities.
Conversion Rates
Track how effectively leads move through your pipeline stages. See stage-to-stage conversion percentages, overall win rates, and average deal cycle times. Filter by date range, owner, or source to identify which channels and strategies produce the best results.
Report Categories
Reports are organized into categories for easy browsing.
- Sales — Pipeline, revenue, forecasting, and deal analysis reports.
- Activity — Team activity volumes, call logs, email tracking, and meeting summaries.
- Performance — Individual and team performance metrics, leaderboards, and quota attainment.
- Customer — Customer acquisition, retention, churn analysis, and lifecycle reports.
- Custom — Reports you have created using the custom report builder.
Viewing Reports
Interact with reports using filters, date ranges, and grouping options.
Click on any report in the gallery to open it. Each report provides interactive controls that let you adjust the data being displayed without modifying the report itself.
Report Controls
- Date Range — Select a preset range (this week, this month, this quarter, this year) or define a custom start and end date. The report updates automatically when the date range changes.
- Filters — Narrow the report data by owner, pipeline, stage, source, tag, or other available dimensions. Combine multiple filters to focus on specific segments of your data.
- Grouping — Group report data by different dimensions such as user, stage, source, or time period. Grouping changes how the data is aggregated and displayed in charts and tables.
Refreshing Data
Keep your reports up to date with the latest CRM data.
Reports load with current data each time you open them. If you have a report open and want to see the latest changes, click the refresh button in the top-right corner of the report view. Reports do not auto-refresh while you are viewing them to avoid disrupting your analysis.
