Projects List

View and manage your projects

List View

The projects page gives you a centralized view of all your active and completed projects.

The projects list displays all of your projects in a sortable, filterable table. Each row shows key details at a glance so you can quickly check a project's status, see who is responsible, and track delivery timelines.

Columns

Information displayed for each project in the list.

  • Project Name — The name of the project.
  • Company — The company associated with the project, displayed as a clickable link to the company detail page.
  • Stage — The current stage in the project pipeline, shown as a color-coded badge.
  • Assigned To — The team member responsible for the project.
  • Target End Date — The planned completion date for the project.
  • Created — The date the project was created.

Sorting

Change the order of projects in the list.

Click any sortable column header to sort the list. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order. The following sort options are available:

  • Created Date — Sort by when the project was created (default, newest first).
  • Name — Sort alphabetically by project name.
  • Stage — Sort by the current stage in the project pipeline.

Filtering

Narrow down the project list using filters.

Available Filters

  • Search — Search across project names to quickly find a specific project.
  • Stage — Filter by the current project stage to see only projects at a particular phase.
  • Company — Filter by the associated company to view all projects for a specific client.
  • Assigned To — Filter by team member to see projects assigned to a particular person.

The projects list displays 50 projects per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages when you have more than 50 projects.

Project Pipelines

Projects use their own pipeline, separate from opportunity pipelines.

Projects have their own dedicated pipeline with stages that represent phases of delivery or implementation work. These pipelines are configured separately from opportunity (sales) pipelines, allowing you to define stages that match your project workflow — for example, Planning, In Progress, Review, and Completed.

Projects vs. Opportunities
Projects are separate from Opportunities. Use Opportunities to track sales deals through your sales pipeline, and use Projects for delivery and implementation work after a deal closes. This separation keeps your sales pipeline clean and gives your delivery team a dedicated workspace.

Quick Actions

Interact with projects directly from the list.

Click on any project row to open its detail page, where you can view full project information, manage tasks, update the stage, and track the activity timeline.
