Pipeline Kanban Board

Visualize your entire sales pipeline as an interactive board with drag-and-drop deal management

Your Pipeline, Visualized

The Kanban board provides a visual representation of your sales pipeline, with each stage displayed as a column and each opportunity as a card. Drag and drop cards between columns to move deals through your pipeline, and see aggregate metrics at a glance for every stage. This view is ideal for pipeline reviews, team stand-ups, and quickly assessing the health of your sales funnel.

Pipeline Stages

The default pipeline includes six stages, each with an associated probability percentage.

Stage Column Information

Each stage column displays aggregate metrics to help you assess pipeline health.

Stage Name

The name of the pipeline stage, displayed prominently at the top of the column.

Probability %

The default close probability for deals in this stage, shown next to the stage name.

Deal Count

The total number of opportunities currently sitting in this stage.

Total Value

The sum of all deal amounts in the stage, giving you the gross value at that point in the pipeline.

Weighted Value

The total value adjusted by probability. This is a more realistic view of the expected revenue from deals in each stage.

Opportunity Cards

Each deal appears as a card within its stage column.

Every opportunity card on the board displays four key pieces of information:

  • Opportunity Name — the deal name, clickable to open the detail page
  • Company — the associated company name
  • Amount — the deal value in its configured currency
  • Expected Close Date — the target close date, with overdue dates highlighted

Click any card to navigate directly to the opportunity detail page for full editing and activity logging.

Look for overdue indicators
Cards with overdue expected close dates are visually highlighted. During pipeline reviews, scan for these cards first — they represent deals that may need their close dates updated or additional attention to get back on track.

Board Summary Footer

Aggregate pipeline metrics displayed at the bottom of the board.

Total Opportunities

The total count of all opportunities visible on the board across all stages.

Total Value

The combined gross value of all deals on the board, regardless of stage or probability.

Weighted Pipeline

The total value adjusted by each deal's probability percentage. This gives the most realistic forecast of expected revenue from the current pipeline.

Average Deal Size

The total value divided by the number of opportunities. Useful for benchmarking and understanding typical deal sizes in your pipeline.

Board Filters

Narrow down the cards displayed on the board to focus on specific subsets of deals.

The Kanban board includes filter controls above the columns. When a filter is applied, the board updates in real time, and the summary footer recalculates to reflect only the visible deals. Available filters include:

  • Pipeline Selector — switch between different pipelines if your organization uses more than one
  • Owner — filter by deal owner to see a single rep's pipeline
  • Value Range — set minimum and maximum deal values
  • Expected Close Date — filter by date range to focus on deals closing within a specific period
Summary recalculates with filters
When you apply any filter, the board summary footer automatically updates to reflect only the filtered deals. This means you can quickly check metrics like the weighted pipeline for a single rep or for deals closing this quarter.
