DocsSales Leaderboard
View team rankings and sales performance metrics
What Is the Leaderboard?
A real-time ranking of your team's sales performance.
The Sales Leaderboard provides a ranked view of your team members based on key sales metrics. It gives everyone visibility into individual and team performance, helping drive motivation and identify top performers. Rankings update automatically as new activities and deals are recorded in the CRM.
Metrics Tracked
The key performance indicators displayed on the leaderboard.
Leaderboard Metrics
- Revenue Closed— The total monetary value of deals that have been won and closed during the selected time period.
- Deals Won— The number of opportunities successfully closed during the selected time period.
- Activities Logged— The total count of activities (calls, emails, meetings, tasks) recorded during the selected time period.
- Calls Made— The number of call activities logged during the selected time period.

Use the time period selector to view rankings for different time frames. This allows you to track both short-term momentum and long-term performance.
Available Time Periods
- Weekly — Rankings based on performance in the current week (Monday to Sunday).
- Monthly — Rankings based on performance in the current calendar month.
- Quarterly — Rankings based on performance in the current quarter.
- All-Time — Cumulative rankings across all recorded data.
Ranking Display
How rankings are presented on the leaderboard.
Each entry on the leaderboard displays the following information:
- Position — The team member's rank (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) based on the selected metric.
- Name — The team member's full name.
- Avatar — The team member's profile picture or initials.
- Metric Value — The numerical value for the selected metric (e.g., $125,000 in revenue or 42 deals won).
How Rankings Are Calculated
Understanding how the leaderboard determines positions.
Rankings are calculated by aggregating the selected metric for each team member within the chosen time period. Team members are then sorted in descending order by their total. In the case of a tie, team members with the same value share the same rank position. Rankings update in near real time as new data is entered into the CRM.
