Queue Overview
A central place for all pending agent actions
The Review Queue shows all pending actions across all your agents. Navigate to AI Agents → Review Queue or click the queue badge in the sidebar.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Agent name | Which agent proposed the action |
| Action label | What will be done (e.g., "Create follow-up task for Acme Corp") |
| Reasoning | Why the agent proposed this action (expandable) |
| Confidence score | How confident the agent is — green (70%+), yellow (40-69%), red (below 40%) |
| Risk level | Low (read-only), Medium (create/update), or High (delete/archive) |
Approving & Rejecting
Two ways to handle each action

| Approve | Executes the action immediately and logs it in the entity activity timeline |
| Reject | Marks the action as rejected — nothing is executed |
Bulk Actions
Process multiple actions at once

Select actions
Use the checkboxes to select individual actions, or click "Select all visible" in the toolbar.

Choose action
Click "Approve Selected" or "Reject Selected" in the bulk toolbar that appears.

Confirm
A confirmation dialog appears before bulk approval. Approved actions execute sequentially.
Bulk operations process up to 100 actions. Approved actions execute sequentially to respect API rate limits.
Filtering
Find specific actions quickly

| By agent | Show actions from a specific agent only |
| By risk level | Filter by Low, Medium, or High risk |
Action Expiration
Pending actions expire after 72 hours
Actions that are not reviewed within 72 hours automatically expire. You'll receive a notification 24 hours before expiration.
